Alright, there are a few things here. First, I had about a week to train because they were opening up a new restraunt in my hometown. So everyone was new at everything. Which was good, because everyone helped each other out. But I’ve noticed that when new servers are hired they go through about 3/4 days. of training and still dont get the hang of things and thats okay. From then on its either sink or swim. Your manager knows that your going to make mistakes, it happens just try not to make alot. Ask for help when you need it, don’t be afraid. (:
